Opening hours
Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm
From Friday 10th May, we are starting to move our Worthing office. We are still located in the Town Hall but towards the back of the main reception. We will have limited waiting space and will be unable to offer on the day face to face advice unless it is an emergency. Appointments, telephone, email and webchat will still be available.
If you visit because you need to drop off papers, have an appointment or need to arrange one, please ask the council staff at the main reception to direct you to us.
Pre-booked face-to-face appointments are available at our office for people who cannot access advice or appointments digitally. Reception is open to drop off paperwork or arrange advice call backs. We have very limited space for on the day in-person help and is for emergencies only, so please phone or email where you can.
You can pre-book a face to face appointment with our team – contact us.
Festive period opening hours
The office will be closed to the public from 1pm on 24th December and will reopen on 2nd January. Please phone, email or contact us by webchat.
Our Adviceline service (0808 278 7969) closes early at 1pm on 24th and 31st December.
