About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO Senior Executive Officer, you will play a key role in delivering our communications plan both internally and externally.

This diverse role includes:

  • Website Management: Keep our website up to date and engaging.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Write and distribute compelling newsletters to our stakeholders.
  • Storytelling: Craft and share powerful stories that give impact.
  • Media Coordination: Handle media inquiries and build relationships with local media.
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute events, including our Annual General Meeting (AGM) Volunteer Awards and Community Engagement days.
  • Social Media: Develop and share engaging content across our social media channels.
  • Volunteer Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of volunteers to support our communication efforts.
  • Public Information: Proactively create innovative vital information and share with the public.


Key Skills:

  • Excellent Digital Skills: Proficient across digital platforms and communication tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute communication strategies.
