We’re delighted to announce that, along with our colleagues at Citizens Advice Arun and Chichester and a small group of other Citizens Advice services, we won the One Service Award last night at the annual Citizens Advice national conference!
The award recognises our pioneering work in being one of the first adopters of the new national case management system, Casebook, providing feedback for improvements, and sharing our knowledge both within the organisation and with our partner Citizens Advice services.
We couldn’t have carried out this work so successfully without the hard work of our staff and volunteers.
